Our Mission
Too often, joy, team spirit and sporting values are overshadowed by insults, violence, unsporting behaviour or inappropriate reactions on and off the pitch.
It's not only players who bear responsibility. Coaches, parents, assistants and spectators also shape football culture and have a decisive influence on how children and young people experience the sport.
We are convinced that football must be more than the result on the scoreboard. Football should connect people, convey values and strengthen young people in their development. But when pressure, disrespect or aggression on and around the pitch become everyday occurrences, what football is truly about suffers.
With Fairplay Eleven we create transparency and promote exemplary behaviour. We want to support clubs, coaches, parents, players and referees to take responsibility and actively live a positive football culture. Fairplay should not only be demanded, but actively promoted, recognised and rewarded.
Our Vision
A football where respect, responsibility, child protection and mutual appreciation are just as important as goals and league standings. Together we can strengthen the image of amateur and grassroots sport and ensure that children experience football as it should be: a place of joy, community, development and fair competition.
